North State Development, a private real estate development and investment company based in Cornelius, NC, is pleased to announce it has hired Jordan Neider as Development Manager effective November 2024. Jordan graduated from Southeastern University with a B.S. in International Business in 2018 and has years of experience in project management, development, and budgeting, most recently with Greystar and Fitch Irick. He also proudly serves as an Army Engineer Officer in the NC Army National Guard. He will certainly be a valuable part of the team and his experience will support the continued growth of North State Development.
